Shirley, along with Councilor Deborah Munoz, Pat Bell, Mayor Dan Rogers, and Councilor Garth Frizzell were on hand for the opening of the UNBC Connector Trail. The trail is designed to increase cyclist and pedestrian safety when accessing the campus.
